Sut Rydyn ni’n Dysgu: Rhoi'r Plentyn wrth Galon y Dysgu
Yn Ysgol Cae Top, mae sut rydyn ni’n dysgu yr un mor bwysig â beth rydyn ni’n ei ddysgu. Rydyn ni’n credu bod plant yn dysgu orau pan maen nhw’n teimlo’n ysbrydoledig, wedi’u cefnogi, ac yn rhan o’u dysgu eu hunain. Dyna pam ein bod ni’n seilio ein dull ar 12 Egwyddor Pedagogegol Cwricwlwm i Gymru — maen nhw’n ein helpu i lunio profiadau dysgu sy’n ystyrlon, yn heriol ac yn llawen.
Yn ein hystafelloedd dosbarth, fe welwch chi:

Disgwyliadau uchel, lle rydyn ni’n credu y gall pob plentyn lwyddo ac yn eu hannog i deimlo’n falch o’u cynnydd.

Dysgu bywyd go iawn, gyda phwrpas, sy’n cysylltu â’r byd o’u cwmpas — boed hynny’n archwilio hanes lleol, dysgu sut i ofalu am yr amgylchedd, neu ddeall diwylliannau gwahanol.

Ffocws cryf ar les, lle mae plant yn teimlo’n ddiogel, yn hapus ac yn barod i ddysgu.

Amrywiaeth o arddulliau addysgu, o ddysgu ymarferol yn yr awyr agored i wersi strwythuredig mewn llythrennedd a rhifedd — rydyn ni’n addasu at yr hyn sy’n gweithio orau i bob plentyn a phwnc.

Digon o gyfleoedd i blant arwain eu dysgu eu hunain, gofyn cwestiynau a gwneud dewisiadau. Rydyn ni’n gwerthfawrogi eu syniadau ac yn annog chwilfrydedd.

Dysgu cysylltiedig, gyda themâu a phrosiectau sy’n uno gwahanol bynciau mewn ffyrdd creadigol a chyffrous.

Adborth a chefnogaeth glir, fel bod disgyblion yn deall ble maen nhw a sut i symud ymlaen.
Rydyn ni hefyd yn gweithio’n galed i sicrhau bod pob plentyn yn teimlo’n gynwysedig. Mae hynny’n golygu cynllunio dysgu sy’n cwrdd ag anghenion unigol, ac yn dathlu’r cryfderau unigryw mae pob plentyn yn eu dod gyda nhw. Rydyn ni’n credu bod dysgu yn daith a rennir — rhwng disgyblion, athrawon, teuluoedd a’r gymuned ehangach.
Drwy roi’r egwyddorion hyn ar waith bob dydd, rydyn ni’n helpu ein plant i dyfu’n ddysgwyr hyderus a galluog, sy’n barod ar gyfer y cam nesaf — ac ar gyfer bywyd y tu hwnt i’r ysgol.
How We Teach: Putting Pupils at the Heart of Learning

We also work hard to make sure all children feel included. That means planning learning that meets individual needs and celebrating the different strengths each child brings. We believe learning is a shared journey — between pupils, teachers, families and the wider community.
By putting these principles into practice every day, we help our children grow into confident, capable learners who are ready for the next stage — and for life beyond school.
